Tenants

We let and manage furnished and unfurnished flats and houses in Central and South-West London. Please click on 'Properties' above to view a shortlist, although our Register changes daily and you should contact us for current availability or to register your requirements.

What we do for Tenants

  • We attend to every little detail to ensure that your Relocation to London is as stress-free and easy as possible.
  • We give advice on living in London; for example, how to arrange milk delivery or where to obtain a chimney sweep.
  • In London you may rent a property fully furnished, part furnished or unfurnished but this does not affect the rent.
  • The rent usually includes the Service Charge, Water & Sewerage Rates but excludes Gas, Electricity, Telephone and Council Tax. However every let is different.
  • Street parking is normal in London; off-street parking or garaging is hard to find and greatly increases the rent.
  • Accessibility to a Tube Station increases the rental asked so it is worth considering the bus routes.
  • All the properties on our Registers are convenient for shops and schools and are situated in 'safe areas'.
  • When we find you a suitable property you need to provide references, (preferably in the UK).
  • You need to pay 1 calendar month or 3 calendar months rent in advance and 5 or 6 weeks rent as deposit.
  • We organise an Inventory of the contents to be agreed with you.
  • We transfer the Utility Accounts into your name.
  • Throughout you Tenancy you can turn to us for help and advice to ensure a happy stay in London.

All of our managed properties are CORGI gas safety certificated, and inspected for electrical safety, and furniture fire safety

Security deposits (bonds) are held in a designated Client Account in accordance with current RICS Code of Practice
